speaker's bio

Khrystyna holds a degree in finance and is currently advancing her education in clinical psychology. She has obtained numerous certifications in project management, neuromarketing, and psychology.

Since 2010, she has accumulated practical experience in running her own business in the fields of perfumery and aroma marketing.

Since 2022, Khrystyna has been leading the DoLadu project, dedicated to restoring the mental health of Ukrainian defenders and veterans.

More than 1,650 defenders have undergone psychological rehabilitation, received psychosocial support, and have started to see the world in a new light.

She actively collaborates with international partners to establish the DoLadu Center, aimed at adapting best practices for emotional recovery, restoring the nation’s human capital, and providing trauma support tailored to the Ukrainian context.
