Founder of MOL'FAR, 35th Separate Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Yevhen Goncharenko is the founder of MOL'FAR, a pioneering Ukrainian eco-brand specializing in organic tea production. Since its inception in 2016, MOL'FAR has championed minimalism, sustainable living, and the authentic taste of Ukrainian herbs. The brand blends traditional Ukrainian recipes with innovative global techniques, offering teas crafted from herbs, fruits, and berries sourced from the pristine Carpathian region. A notable achievement includes becoming the official tea supplier for Ukrainian Railways with a specially developed product line.
Yevhen holds an MBA from MIM and a diploma in business administration from the School of Business. Before the war, he embraced an active lifestyle, traveling extensively and engaging in outdoor adventures such as a 40-day backpacking journey through India and summiting Mount Kazbek. An avid diver, he also holds a diving certification.
Following the onset of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Yevhen played a crucial role in organizing a humanitarian center in Transcarpathia, supporting refugees and coordinating aid distribution. On March 9, 2022, he joined the 35th Separate Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.Even amidst the challenges of war, Yevhen remains committed to developing MOL'FAR, showcasing Ukraine's rich heritage and eco-conscious ethos through its premium tea offerings.
