Before his current position, Roman was the CDTO at the State Road Agency of Ukraine, where he led transformative initiatives that significantly modernized and digitalized the nation’s road infrastructure.
He played a pivotal role in the development of groundbreaking platforms such as DREAM, eQueue, and E-ROAD—innovations that enhanced transparency, efficiency, and accountability in infrastructure management, setting new benchmarks in the sector.
